- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

You can serve Greek Yogurt Cake plain, or with powdered sugar, fresh fruits, or a dollop of whipped cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for about a week. Tips include ensuring eggs are at room temperature, cooling the cake completely before slicing, and optional additions like lemon zest or vanilla extract for extra flavor.
