Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, and applesauce until well blended.
  3. Add in the eggs and almond flour, then stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the brownies cool before slicing into squares and enjoying.
