  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust amount based on preference.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning Can be substituted with other seasonings if desired.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Add according to preference.

Preparation
  1. Start by melting the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until it becomes fragrant.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Can be frozen for longer storage; thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating. For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or fresh herbs before serving.
