  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (Can substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter option.)
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded (Iceberg or romaine.)

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, minced garlic, and mayonnaise. Mix until evenly coated.
  2. Lay out your tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Spoon an equal portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top with shredded lettuce for a fresh crunch.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to secure everything inside.
  6. Optionally, grill the wraps in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until they’re golden and crispy.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm!
