Preparation
  1. Start by peeling and finely chopping the cloves of garlic and the fresh parsley. Using a food processor can save time.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chopped garlic and parsley.
  3. Pour in the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
  4. Stir in Greek yogurt to your liking, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Allow the sauce to rest for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
