  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toss everything together until the sprouts are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Let it melt for a minute before serving.
