  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  2. Mince the garlic and set aside.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil and spices.
Cooking
  1. Layer the halved potatoes and seasoned chicken into the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth and other ingredients.
  3. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.
  4. Remove chicken and potatoes, spoon extra sauce over the top if desired.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
