Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes

  • 4-5 pieces small/medium-sized potatoes, cubed Wash and peel before cubing.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For tossing the potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon salt For seasoning potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon pepper For seasoning potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For seasoning potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning potatoes.

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cubed Cut into small cubes.
  • 2 tablespoons butter For cooking the chicken.
  • ½ teaspoon salt For seasoning chicken.
  • ½ teaspoon pepper For seasoning chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For seasoning chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For seasoning chicken.
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic Added for flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Cheese for topping.
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce Use as desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
  • Toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Cooking the Potatoes

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times to ensure even cooking.

Cooking the Chicken

  • While the potatoes are cooking, cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.
  • In a bowl, season the chicken with ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned chicken cubes and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Add the minced garlic and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce to the skillet. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.

Combining and Serving

  • Once the air-fried potatoes are done, add them to the skillet with the chicken and toss everything together.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the skillet and cover with a lid until the cheese melts.

Notes

For extra crunch, try using a mix of sweet potatoes and regular potatoes. Adjust the amount of garlic and sauce based on personal preferences.
