Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes
  • 4-5 pieces small/medium-sized potatoes, cubed Wash and peel before cubing.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For tossing the potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon salt For seasoning potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon pepper For seasoning potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For seasoning potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning potatoes.
For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cubed Cut into small cubes.
  • 2 tablespoons butter For cooking the chicken.
  • ½ teaspoon salt For seasoning chicken.
  • ½ teaspoon pepper For seasoning chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For seasoning chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For seasoning chicken.
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic Added for flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Cheese for topping.
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce Use as desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
  2. Toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Cooking the Potatoes
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times to ensure even cooking.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, season the chicken with ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken cubes and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Add the minced garlic and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce to the skillet. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
Combining and Serving
  1. Once the air-fried potatoes are done, add them to the skillet with the chicken and toss everything together.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the skillet and cover with a lid until the cheese melts.

Notes
