  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced (baby bella or button mushrooms)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until it becomes fragrant.
  3. Toss in the sliced mushrooms and cook them for 5-7 minutes, allowing them to brown and soften.
  4. Once the mushrooms are ready, stir in the cauliflower florets. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Continue to cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
  6. Finally, garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
