Ingredients

For the Steak Bites
  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes High-quality steak recommended
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Pasta and Sauce
  • 8 ounces twisted pasta Any pasta shape can be used
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the sirloin steak cubes to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until browned on all sides, approximately 4-5 minutes.
  3. While the steak is cooking, boil the twisted pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
  4. In a separate pot, heat the heavy cream. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  5. Mix the cooked pasta with the Cajun Alfredo sauce until well combined. Serve the garlic butter steak bites generously on top. Enjoy every bite!
