Preparation
- Boil the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Pat the steak cubes dry and season them with steak seasoning. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary) and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Add butter, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan, tossing to coat the steak bites. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
Cooking the Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Whisk in the Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, and black pepper until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Toss the cooked tortellini into the sauce until thoroughly coated.
Combining
- Add the garlic butter steak bites back into the skillet and stir gently to ensure everything is coated in the Alfredo sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan to serve.
