Ingredients
  

  • - ½ tablespoon avocado oil
  • - 2 pounds steak cut into small bite-sized pieces
  • - 2 teaspoons salt
  • - ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • - 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
  • - 6 cloves garlic minced
  • - ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • - Green onion for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, stirring until well coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add avocado oil to the hot skillet, then add the steak in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until brown, stirring occasionally. Depending on skillet size, you may need to do this in batches. Once browned, remove the steak from the pan.
  3. Remove any excess water from the skillet, then add butter or ghee. Next, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Return the steak to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat it in the butter sauce.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Garnish with green onion and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust red pepper flakes according to preferred spice level. Serve as a delicious appetizer or main dish with your favorite sides.
