  • 1 lb steak Use preferred cut like ribeye or sirloin
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the halved baby potatoes. Cook until golden and tender, about 10-12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the steak to the skillet and sear each side for about 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time if necessary.
  5. Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet, toss everything together, and cook for another minute before garnishing with fresh parsley.
