  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  • Serve the chicken Alfredo over the cooked pasta.

Notes

Serve over a bed of your favorite pasta. Garnish with extra grated Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs. Pairs well with side salad or garlic bread. For best flavor, use fresh garlic. Don’t overcook the chicken. You can add more vegetables for flavor. Add red pepper flakes for spiciness.
