  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Add after the first minced garlic for better flavor.
  • 5 oz fresh spinach Cook until wilted.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a creamy sauce.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Stir until melted.
  • Cooked pasta of your choice fettuccine, linguine, or penne recommended Serve the dish over the cooked pasta.

Preparation

  • Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.

  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
