Preparation
  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the diced chicken breasts and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
Cooking
  1. In a separate pot, prepare the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Combine the cooked pasta with ricotta cheese and heavy cream over low heat, stirring continuously until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked chicken and garlic mixture into the pasta, tossing until well combined.
Serving
