- Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
- Add the seasoned chicken bites and sauté until golden and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and remaining butter until the sauce is smooth.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat it thoroughly with the sauce.
- Serve over pasta and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
