Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh Parsley (chopped) For garnish
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Salt To season chicken
  • 2 tsp Black pepper To season chicken
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted Butter Divided between cooking and sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream Can be substituted with low-fat cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 portion Pasta of your choice For serving, can use gluten-free pasta

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  2. Heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken bites and sauté until golden and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and remaining butter until the sauce is smooth.
  8. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat it thoroughly with the sauce.
  9. Serve over pasta and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
