Preparation
- In a small bowl, thoroughly combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Set aside for brushing.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Lay flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
- Generously brush one side of each tortilla with the prepared garlic butter. Evenly sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, and chives (if using) over the buttered surface.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla into a compact spiral. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the remaining garlic butter.
Cooking
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the tortillas turn golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool briefly.
- Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a serving platter. Serve immediately.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes until warmed through and crispy.
