Ingredients

For the Garlic Butter
  • 60 ml unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Main Ingredients
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 60 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, thoroughly combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Set aside for brushing.
  2. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Lay flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
  3. Generously brush one side of each tortilla with the prepared garlic butter. Evenly sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, and chives (if using) over the buttered surface.
  4. Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla into a compact spiral. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the remaining garlic butter.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the tortillas turn golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool briefly.
  3. Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a serving platter. Serve immediately.
