  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the scallops in a single layer on an air fryer-safe tray or dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the scallops, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the scallops.
Cooking
  1. Place the tray or dish in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, or until the scallops are opaque and the breadcrumb topping is golden brown.
  2. Remove the scallops from the air fryer and serve hot, with lemon wedges for garnish.
