Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter and garlic powder until well combined.
- Generously spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
Cooking
- Place two slices of the buttered bread, butter side down, in a heated skillet.
- Top each with two slices of cheese, then cover with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
- Cook on medium-low heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, flipping carefully until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the skillet, let it cool for a minute, then slice and enjoy!
