Ingredients
  

For the cream
  • 2 ½ cups cold heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
For the fruit mixture
  • 1 10-ounce jar DeLallo Apricot Spread
  • 2 teaspoons DeLallo Golden Balsamic Vinegar
  • 16 ounces strawberries, sliced
  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 6 ounces fresh blackberries
  • 6 ounces fresh blueberries
For assembly
  • 1 7.06-ounce package DeLallo Savoiardi Ladyfingers
  • 1 10-ounce jar DeLallo Sour Cherry Spread

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the apricot spread and balsamic vinegar. Add all of the berries and gently toss to coat.
Assembly
  1. In a large trifle dish (or in individual glasses), build the trifle in alternating layers of the whipped cream, ladyfingers, berry mixture, and sour cherry spread.
  2. Repeat the layers until you reach the top. Finish with a lush layer of the whipped cream.
