Preparation
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Gently fold in the Texas toast cubes until they soak up the egg mixture.
- Pour everything into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, all-purpose flour, and chopped pecans. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the French toast.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
