Preparation
- Cut the onion and carrots, and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the lamb shanks on top of the vegetables.
- In a bowl, mix the French onion soup mix, beef stock, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, then pour it over the shanks.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- To thicken the gravy, create a corn flour slurry and add it at the end. Adjust the amount as needed.
