Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it's fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until it’s soft and translucent.
- Stir in the French onion soup, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, uncooked rice, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the dish is heated through.
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
