Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil and lightly oil it.
- In a large bowl, add the ground beef, French onion dip, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
- Mix gently with your hands or a fork until combined—don't overwork the meat.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs (about 20–24). Place them spaced apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F and the meatballs are no longer pink inside.
- A quick broil for 1–2 minutes at the end will deepen color if desired.
Serving
- Transfer to a platter and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
