Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, and sugar or honey. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Gradually blend in the rolled oats until everything is well mixed and combined.
  4. Pour this mixture into a greased cake pan, smoothing the top for an even bake.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
