Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup cottage cheese Ensure it's blended smoothly.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter) Can swap for peanut butter or sunflower seed butter.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes
