Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
