Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, corn syrup, and cocoa powder. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Add the Fireball whiskey and a pinch of salt. Mix until the mixture comes together and is uniformly moistened. It should hold when pressed.
- Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into roughly 1-inch balls. Press firmly so they don’t crumble.
- Roll each ball in additional cocoa powder or powdered sugar, if you like a cleaner finish. You can also press them into extra chopped nuts for texture.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes
To make them nut-free, replace nuts with extra graham crumbs or toasted coconut. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham-style crumbs. For best texture and flavor melding, chill balls for 1–2 hours.
