Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Fireball whiskey (or whiskey with cinnamon liqueur)
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10–12 full sheets processed)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts recommended; toasted brings more depth) Use toasted nuts for best flavor.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semisweet or dark) Can substitute with dairy-free chocolate chips for a vegan version.
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup (or honey/Maple for a different flavor)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, corn syrup, and cocoa powder. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Add the Fireball whiskey and a pinch of salt. Mix until the mixture comes together and is uniformly moistened. It should hold when pressed.
  3. Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into roughly 1-inch balls. Press firmly so they don’t crumble.
  4. Roll each ball in additional cocoa powder or powdered sugar, if you like a cleaner finish. You can also press them into extra chopped nuts for texture.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

To make them nut-free, replace nuts with extra graham crumbs or toasted coconut. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham-style crumbs. For best texture and flavor melding, chill balls for 1–2 hours.
