- Add sliced chicken to the bowl and gently toss to mix.
Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
Chilling
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, toss the salad again and garnish with extra feta and a sprinkle of oregano.
