Making the Spicy Tomato Jam
- In a pan, cook the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, chili flakes, and salt over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 20 minutes. Let cool after cooking.
Preparing the Burrata
- Freeze the burrata for 15 minutes to prevent bursting during frying.
- Dredge the burrata in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, and then coat it in panko mixed with Everything Bagel mix.
Frying the Burrata
- In a hot pan with oil, fry the coated burrata for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
Serving
- Remove the burrata and place it on a plate. Serve with spoonfuls of the spicy tomato jam beside it. Garnish with chives, microgreens, or more bagel seasoning.
