Preparation

- Prepare the ramen noodles according to the package directions, leaving out the provided spice packets.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak to the pan, ensuring it sizzles as it cooks quickly. Stir constantly for even cooking.
- Once the beef is halfway cooked, toss in the sliced onions and continue to sauté at high heat.
- When the beef is cooked through and the onions are starting to become tender, add the broccoli and cook until bright green.
- Mix in the drained ramen noodles, which you can cut in half for easier handling. Combine everything thoroughly.
- Pour the sauce over the ingredients, ensuring that it coats everything evenly.
- Finally, add the cornstarch mixture while stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and clings to your meals.
