- Whisk together the root beer, milk, root beer extract, and pudding mix in a large bowl for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined and fluffy.
- Scoop the creamy mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
- Cover the pie and freeze for at least 8 hours; overnight is best.
- When ready to serve, slice into 8 pieces and garnish with whipped cream, cherries, and crushed root beer barrel candy.
- Store any leftover pie in the freezer.
