  1. In a standing mixer, add your softened butter. Mix it on medium speed until it’s light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar. Continue to mix until fully combined.
  3. Pour in the heavy whipping cream, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix everything together on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, typically around 2-3 minutes.
  5. Scoop the frosting into an airtight container and seal it. Store it in the fridge if using within a week, or freeze for up to three months.
  6. When you’re ready to use it, let it thaw to room temperature and give it another quick beat for ultimate creaminess!
