Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, cut into small pieces Fresh, chopped into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced Adds a bite to the salad.
  • 1 can (15 ounces) baby corn, drained and each cob cut into 3 pieces For sweetness and crunch.
  • 2 cans whole mushrooms, drained Tinned mushrooms can be used for convenience.
Dressing
  • 1 cup Olive Garden Italian dressing Zesty dressing to marinate the vegetables.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add all the prepped vegetables to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in the Italian dressing and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge to chill for at least one hour; 1-2 hours is ideal.
  4. Give it a stir every hour to help the flavors meld.
  5. Serve and enjoy your fresh, marinated vegetable salad!

Notes
