Ingredients
  

Meatball Ingredients
  • 8 oz ground turkey Lean and protein-rich meat.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor.
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped Fresh herbs enhance taste.
  • 2 tbsp zucchini, shredded Adds moisture and nutrition.
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, shredded Optional, adds creaminess.
  • 1 tsp green pesto For flavor enhancement.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season to preference.

Preparation
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Form walnut-sized meatballs with your hands.
Cooking
  1. Cook in a nonstick pan with a little bit of fat, covering with a lid.
  2. After 4-5 minutes, flip the meatballs to cook the other side until browned.
Serving
  1. Serve with a fresh salad, cauliflower rice, or zoodles for a complete dinner.

Notes
