Preparation
  1. Cover the chicken breasts in BBQ sauce, seasoning each piece generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and cook on low for 5 hours.
  3. After 5 hours, carefully wrap each chicken breast in bacon and leave it on low for an additional hour.
  4. Grate some cheddar cheese and sprinkle it over the bacon-wrapped chicken, then add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Transfer the chicken under the grill for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Arrange the chicken on a large platter, showcasing the cheesy, bacon-wrapped pieces. Serve with fresh broccoli and sweet potato chips.
