- Cover the chicken breasts in BBQ sauce, seasoning each piece generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and cook on low for 5 hours.
- After 5 hours, carefully wrap each chicken breast in bacon and leave it on low for an additional hour.
- Grate some cheddar cheese and sprinkle it over the bacon-wrapped chicken, then add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the chicken under the grill for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Arrange the chicken on a large platter, showcasing the cheesy, bacon-wrapped pieces. Serve with fresh broccoli and sweet potato chips.
