- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter using your preferred method—microwave, stovetop, or in the prepared pan.
- Pour the melted butter into the bottom of the pan, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the brownie mix over the melted butter and stir to combine.
- Layer the shredded coconut, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch morsels, and chopped nuts over the brownie mix.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top and add a few extra chocolate and butterscotch chips for good measure.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the bars to cool on a wire rack before cutting them into squares.
