Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return the shredded chicken to the pot.
- Serve hot, garnished with sour cream and cilantro if desired.
