Preparation
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked, then transfer it to your crockpot.
- Cube the block of Velveeta and add it to the crockpot along with the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes.
- Set the crockpot to high for about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Just before serving, boil the bowtie noodles according to the package instructions, drain them, and mix into the crockpot.
