Main Ingredients
  • 2.25 pounds ground beef You can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1 big block Velveeta cheese Alternatively, use a different melty cheese.
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 box bowtie noodles Feel free to use any pasta shape.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked, then transfer it to your crockpot.
  2. Cube the block of Velveeta and add it to the crockpot along with the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes.
  3. Set the crockpot to high for about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Just before serving, boil the bowtie noodles according to the package instructions, drain them, and mix into the crockpot.

Notes
