Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder Sifted to avoid lumps
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Wet ingredients
  • 1 cup Milk Can substitute with almond milk for dairy-free
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter Can substitute with coconut oil for vegan option
Optional toppings
  • 1 scoop Ice cream For serving
  • 1 tbsp Whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
  4. Combine the mixtures, then pour them into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the top of the batter to create the pudding layer.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and the top is set.
  2. Allow to cool slightly, then scoop and serve warm.

Notes
