Ingredients

  • 20 ounces cream of chicken soup (undiluted, 2 regular sized cans)
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Main ingredients
  • 6 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli chop into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cups cubed or shredded chicken optional additional ingredient
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper over medium heat. Stir well to combine until smooth.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the egg noodles according to the package directions until tender.
  3. Carefully chop the broccoli into small pieces.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Combine the drained noodles and chopped broccoli in a large casserole dish.
  2. Pour the creamy sauce over the noodle and broccoli mix, tossing gently to ensure everything is well-coated.
  3. Optional: Stir in any additional ingredients, such as shredded chicken or more spices.
  4. Top the casserole with shredded cheese, then place it in a preheated oven at 375°F.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
