- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Once melted, add flour and stir continuously until well combined. Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add chicken broth and stir well. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir until bubbling, then add the chicken to the skillet.
- Ensure chicken is covered in the gravy, cover with a lid, and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. If chicken is thin, it may cook faster.
- Shred the chicken and serve over mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
