  • 1/4 cup honey Can be adjusted for sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard Gives the sauce its tanginess.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For moisture and flavor.
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Adds a hint of acidity.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For an added flavor kick.
  • 1 tsp dried basil Herbs can be adjusted to taste.
  • Salt & black pepper to taste Salt & black pepper, to taste Season as desired.
  • Fresh thyme for garnish Fresh thyme, for garnish Enhances presentation and flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey Dijon mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  2. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
