  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey Dijon mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  2. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in the honey Dijon mixture for an hour before baking. You can use bone-in chicken pieces instead of breasts; just adjust the cooking time accordingly. Consider adding vegetables like carrots or broccoli in the baking dish for a complete one-pan meal.
