- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line or spray two small bread loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the cake mix and eggs to the mashed bananas. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Evenly distribute the cake batter into the prepared loaf pans.
- If desired, top the batter with chocolate chips, walnuts, or any other toppings of your choice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove the banana bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pans for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
