  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container 12-ounce container of whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package 5.1-ounce package of instant vanilla pudding mix Chocolate pudding can be used for a richer dessert.
  • 2 cups milk
Crust and Toppings
  • 1 package 15-ounce package of Oreo cookies, crushed Consider using mint-flavored Oreos for a refreshing twist.
  • 1 cup gummy candy (like gummy worms or jelly beans) Use candy eggs for Easter or colorful sprinkles for decoration.
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with milk for about 2 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Gently fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
Layering
  1. In a 9×13-inch casserole dish, start by spreading half of the crushed Oreo cookies evenly at the bottom.
  2. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the Oreos and spread it evenly.
  3. Add another layer of the remaining crushed Oreos on top of the filling.
  4. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over this layer.
  5. Top with the remaining crushed Oreos and sprinkle gummy candies on top.
  6. Cover the casserole with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
