Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
- In another bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with milk for about 2 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
- Gently fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
Layering
- In a 9×13-inch casserole dish, start by spreading half of the crushed Oreo cookies evenly at the bottom.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the Oreos and spread it evenly.
- Add another layer of the remaining crushed Oreos on top of the filling.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over this layer.
- Top with the remaining crushed Oreos and sprinkle gummy candies on top.
- Cover the casserole with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
