  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts directly in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Once the chicken is cooked through, use two forks to shred the meat and stir it into the sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve the teriyaki chicken over warm rice or noodles.
  2. Garnish with a sprinkle of green onions if desired.
