Preparation

- Slice the oranges into thin, even rounds about 1/4 inch thick.

- Arrange the orange slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Baking

- After 2 hours, the slices should be dry but still slightly pliable. Remove them from the oven and allow to cool completely before using or storing.
