Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 piece onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger, and garlic. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan, cooking until it’s nicely browned and fully cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Toss in the sliced onion and bell pepper, stir-frying for about 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking, mixing well to combine.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
