- In a large bowl, combine the softened butter and powdered sugar.
- Gradually add in the Dr Pepper and vanilla extract.
- Mix on medium speed until the icing is smooth and well combined.
- If the icing is too thick, add more Dr Pepper, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Once ready, use immediately or cover and store in the fridge.
