  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dr Pepper Add more for thinner consistency.
  • 1/4 cup softened butter Use room temperature for smooth consistency.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened butter and powdered sugar.
  2. Gradually add in the Dr Pepper and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix on medium speed until the icing is smooth and well combined.
  4. If the icing is too thick, add more Dr Pepper, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Once ready, use immediately or cover and store in the fridge.
